Valle Advisory was born at the intersection of global HR leadership, human connection, artificial intelligence and pragmatism.
With over 15 years in senior HR leadership across BP, Reliance Industries, and Prologis — spanning Europe, the Americas, APAC (with deep experience in India), and Southern Africa — I recognised a gap: organisations facing complex change needed more than process and policy. They needed a partner who could align people, data, and technology to drive transformation that lasts.
Valle Advisory exists to meet that need. We combine strategic HR expertise, executive coaching and technology to help businesses shift culture, strengthen leadership, and deliver measurable outcomes. Trust is earned through experience. For over 15 years, I navigated the global corporate maze, partnering with leaders to shape multi-million dollar initiatives and confront high-stakes organisational challenges across diverse sectors like oil and gas, real estate, supply chain, finance and technology. I’ve been in the C-Suite corridors of London, the bustling innovation hubs of Mumbai, and the structured canals of Amsterdam. I have been in the room when transformative strategies impacting thousands were forged.
This journey wasn't just about managing human resources; it was about connecting with humans behind the executive titles. This is where my passion truly ignited—in understanding the ambitions, vulnerabilities, and deep-seated desire to create a lasting impact that drives every great leader.

My belief in this work is also forged from personal experience. My own journey involved a head-on encounter with burnout and a late ADHD diagnosis. These challenges brought a profound realisation: genuine transformation isn't just about adding skills; it’s about fundamentally uncovering, understanding, and rewriting your internal operating system to leverage your distinct, inherent strengths.
This discovery highlighted how our unique wiring, once understood, can be a remarkable superpower. It has equipped me to partner with clients with profound empathy, because I know what it feels like to operate against a script that isn’t your own, and I know the liberating power of finally rewriting it.
